  • I primarily work with individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. If you have another condition or injury and are interested in wellness or coaching services, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions or help determine if I’m the right fit for you.

  • Move With Intent is a cash-based wellness program. Since I will be focusing on fitness, wellness, and coaching, insurance does not cover these services. However, this gives me the freedom to focus on YOUR goals without limitations from your insurance plan.  

  • Move With Intent only provides wellness and coaching sessions. My mission is to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy services and the ongoing support you need to stay active and accountable once therapy ends. I want you to build a lifestyle that includes exercise and wellness while still enjoying your day-to-day life.

  • Exercise is truly one of the most powerful tools for living well with Parkinson’s. Research shows that consistent movement can help slow the progression of symptoms, improve mobility, boost mood, and lower the risk of other health issues. Exercise is medicine for Parkinson’s, and it can make a meaningful difference in how you feel every day.

  • I would suggest wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers, so you can move easily. Other than that, all you need to bring is yourself and the intention to exercise!

  • Anywhere that feels right for you! We can meet in your home, at a park, in your community, on a hike, at the gym, or even online. We can also change locations based on your goal. I want to integrate exercise into your lifestyle and what works best for you! 

  • Move With Intent blends Parkinson’s-specific exercises with strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance training. My goal is to make sure we’re addressing your Parkinson’s symptoms and supporting your whole-body wellness. This approach helps you feel stronger, more confident, and more prepared for everything you want to do in your day-to-day life.

  • No, you don’t need a doctor’s referral. You can book whenever you are ready! 

  • Yes! I offer virtual sessions throughout New Jersey. If you live outside of NJ, please feel free to reach out. We can explore options for working together or I can help connect you with resources in your area.

  • I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask for 24 hours’ notice, so I can offer the spot to someone else.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session cost.

    “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the session cost.

  • Nope! Your sessions do not expire. While weekly consistency is encouraged, I understand that life happens. You’re welcome to pause and pick back up whenever you’re ready.

  • Yes! You can absolutely do both. In fact, Move With Intent encourages clients to participate in wellness sessions alongside their physical therapy. I can even help you stay consistent with your home exercise program to support the work you're already doing in PT.

  • All payments are made online through the Move With Intent website using a credit card. It’s quick, simple, and secure. If you prefer to pay through Zelle or check, please contact me directly.
